a homemade liquor recipe needed

normally for the winter solstice....i give gifts of booze....homemade recipes...i have done apple pie...but need something else...

i need a recipe to make a batch of this....


vampire blood.....cherry kool aid and capt morgans


but alas i would prefer something not so sweet and will make someone working in the cold warm

My mom has a good Kahlua recipe. I am at school right now, but I can send it to you later. She also has a good irish creme one.

Make Washington Apples, they are more tart than sweet, and very good.
