A Great Speech By A Real Leader

Netanyahu complains that Abbas mentioned the occupation beginning in 1948. What he fails to mention is that Israel has never legally acquired any land and has no borders. Israel sits inside Palestine's borders by military force.

I believe that would be called an occupation.

No its called spoils of war. You lost your land because you cant fight worth a shit.

The Palestinians have never lost a war with Israel.

The "palestinians" are jordanian who lost the west bank to Israel.
Palestine and Jordan are two separate states.

It was a fantastic speech.

It was a grand slam.

The problem is that only Israel wants peace. There is nobody to negotiate with.

Also what Abbas did violates all the treaties with Israel, such as the Oslo Accords, which means that Israel doesn't have to keep to it's side anymore.

Oslo has been long dead.

Jews have lived in and ruled in Israel for 3000 years, well before there was an Oslo.

Who were their kings under Ottoman rule?

Palestine has never been a state in history. Prior to World War 1, it was merely southern Syria for 400 years under Ottoman ruleJordan was 80% of Mandate Palestine under the British Mandate until they gave it to the Hashemtes from Arabia. 70% of Jordan is Pestilinian including the Queen

Palestine (Greek: Παλαιστίνη, Palaistinē; Latin: Palaestina; Hebrew: ארץ־ישראל Eretz-Yisra'el, formerly also פלשת, Peleshet; Arabic: فلسطين* Filasṭīn, Falasṭīn, Filisṭīn) was a conventional name, among others, used between 450 BC and 1948 AD to describe the geographic region between the Mediterranean Sea and the Jordan River, and various adjoining lands.[1][2][3][4][5]

Why does one side lie about this all the time?

There has long been a palestinian identity.

Why the lies?

Great speech; But but he has a tough row to hoe. how do you make peace with a people who have such a desire to kill you? If peace is had it will be mankinds greatest achivement ever bigger than space flight.

Yeah..Peace will not be coming any time soon, but Netanyahu spelled it out for these people. He's a great PM one of the best in my opinion.
He's very appealing on many levels. I love to listen to him speak. He is handsome, intelligent, warm and sincere, and hasn't let his power go to his head, according to my perception of him.

If israel is serious about peace then abide by the Oslo decree.

Oslo calls for Pallies to stop terrorism. When might that happen, dink?

Did it say anything about Israel stopping its terrorism?

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton...
On behalf of President Obama and the people of the United States, I am delighted to send best wishes to the people of Israel on your 63rd National Day this May 10 – a young nation, but a rich history that holds deep meaning for so many. Your achievements are a testament to your hardworking citizens, innovative economy, and commitment to democratic institutions. Israel has been a beacon of hope and freedom for so many around the world.

Sixty-three years ago the United States was the first country to recognize Israel's independence, and that spirit of kinship continues to guide us today. Our two countries are united by a deep, unshakable friendship and bond. We are bound together by our shared values and history pursuing freedom, equality and democracy. And this relationship is deepening every day. Whether it’s our security partnerships or the expanding economic and trade collaborations – our work together is securing a brighter future for all our people.

As you celebrate your independence, the Middle East is experiencing rapid change. This is a moment of uncertainty, but also of opportunity. The security of Israel is - and will remain - a cornerstone of U.S. foreign policy, and we will continue to strive for a comprehensive peace between Israel and all of its neighbors.

Israel's National Day

My message to the loathed Jews is that there is no god but allah, we will chase you everywhere We are a nation that drinks blood, and we know that there is no better blood than the blood of the Jews. We will not leave you alone until we have quenched our thirst with your blood, and our children's thirst with your blood, we will not rest until you leave the Muslim countries.

2/3rds of all Palestinians live in Saudi Arabia and Jordon and they have not lifted a finger to help them. They are silent on this issue. The Arab world don't like the Palestinians at all but they hate the Jews more. They hope the two of them will wipe each other out. This is the mentality we are dealing with in Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan and Libya. That whole part of the world is envious of America and want to bring us down to their level and I feel that Obama is trying to help them do just that.

Oslo was just the beginning of the fake peace process. It is designed to fail. That is why it always has and always will.

No worries, Jews have owned Israel dating back 3000 years before Oslo existed.

So, why is the peace process designed to fail?

Jews have owned Israel since 3000 years ago. Let the Fakestinians return to Arabia where they came from.

Eminent Archaeologist and Historian, former Fulbright Scholar Eric Cline...
The claims that modern Palestinians are descended from the ancient Jebusites are madewithout any supporting evidence. Historians and archaeologists have generally concluded that most, if not all, modern Palestinians are probably more closely related to the Arabs of Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Jordan and other countries than they are to the ancient Jebusites, Canaanites or Philistines.

Facts from Wikipedia that anyone can write in? I don't think so but thanks for the chuckle.

Facts from Eminent Historian and Scholar Bernard Lewis...
The adjective Palestinian is comparatively new. This, I need hardly remind you, is a region of ancient civilization and of deep-rooted and often complex identitites. But, Palestine was not one of them. People might identify themselves for various purposes, by religion, by descent, or by allegiance to a particular state or ruler, or, sometimes, locality. But, when they did it locally it was generally either the city and the immediate district or the larger province, so they would have been Jerusalemites or Jaffaites or Syrians, identifying province of Syria

The constitution or the formation of a political entity called Palestine which eventually gave rise to a nationality called Palestinian were lasting innovations of the British Mandate [1948]

American Library Association
For more than four decades, Bernard Lewis has been one of the most respected scholars and prolific writers on the history and politics of the Middle East. In this compilation of more than 50 journal articles and essays, he displays the full range of his eloquence, knowledge, and insight regarding this pivotal and volatile region."

Secretary of State Hillary Clinton...

That is the same speech that AIPAC hands out to all our politicians.

No wonder you have zero rep points after 2 years, right?

90% of AIPAC are Christians. America is a Judeo-Christian country, not your Muhammadan shariah shithole.

Israel is the birthplace of Judaism and Christianity and Israel and America both share democratic principles.
