After thinking about this more. How was the panty waste youtuber who doesn't have any children at a daycare center, not arrested?

There should be a formal investigation on this guy, and anyone else involved, that may have put any children in harms way, and bring them up on state charges. At the very least, trespassing charges are warranted, as this is not a public space, and he had no right at all to be there.
