Why do so many get it wrong. Mary was the immaculate conception.
The virgin birth of jesus was created to fit Isaiah and Jeremiah prophecies.

Young girl or woman does not have to be virgin.

Paternity might change the divinity of Jesus but not his message. Many early christians did not believe in Jesus divinity but saw him as human. Even among the bishops, it was a matter that came to physical blows and passed only by a small margin.

If it was so contested then, why should it be accepted now? Just because of a decree by men?
