Well if you'd like to know whether or not I'm going to heed your advice, I think the best way isn't to take my word for it, but to actually see if I'm going to heed your advice. As I've stated earlier, if you don't antagonize and flame I'm confident you'll receive a different style of replies from others. I've noticed many posts that you have made that have been on point and respectful, and those members have replied in kind.

I don't deserve respect because I have authority. Those who deserve respect are those that have earned it. When I get out of line I expect to receive the same in return. When I am polite and on point I expect the same in return. In short, I don't expect preferrential treatment.

As a new poster you will and should be looked at differently. You should be more concerned with explaining your positions and getting a feel for the board and the other members. My opinion is that you didn't do that. There are quite a few other 'liberal' members that have similar beliefs as you that don't get involved in these types of flame wars. They earned their wings, so to speak. They are given more leeway because we know them and have learned to respect their positions. You seemed to come to the board and instantly look for confrontation. Of course regular members will take offense and try to put you in your place.

It's your choice how you proceed. My intent from the beginning was to get you to slow down on the confrontations and make the board more enjoyable for all of us.

Example - those two pigs who decided to harass me yesterday in the national forest because they didn't like the idea of a guy with a beard sleeping in his car in the woods and not bothering anybody did not earn my respect, but they sure as hell got it at the time - yes sir, no sir, yes sir I'll take my hands out my pockets sorry you had to ask me 5 times please don't cuff me. -I see what you mean though, you'd prefer I respect you because you've earned it and not bc you're the boss.

Thank you for not answering my question. There was absolutely no new information about other countries in your post, in its place there were nothing but lies, fabrications, and baseless accusations. If you're not going to tell me what it is about other countries I need to learn, I can't fucking learn it, and you have been of absolutely no help whatsoever, so thanks for absolutely nothing.
