A DEEP DIVE -- Thoughts From a Competent Lawyer on the Minneapolis ICE Shooting:

No one is above the law. And ANYBODY using ANYTHING to attack a law enforcement officer with the intent to hurt or kill that officer should expect that lethal force will be used to stop that attack.
The governor and mayor should be brought up on charges of sedition and incitement to commit violence against law enforcement as well.

Why did her wife exit the vehicle to film? Rather odd for people just passing through.

I am no fan of Tim Walz and have despised his anti American, anti law enforcement rhetoric and policies.. In fairness to him, he has called for calm and only peaceful protests in the wake of the recent ICE shooting. However, he has previously urged Minnesota citizens and police to resist ICE and has not condemned the most lawless and violent activity by Minnesota and other citizens. So calling for calm now is pretty much locking the barn after the horse escapes.

The video is clear that the driver was heading at and came in contact with the ICE agent. He had a right to use deadly force to defend himself
The video shows nothing of the kind.
The only ICE officer who came in contract with the SUV was not the killer.
The SUV had already passed by the killer when he opened fire.

"An ICE agent moves directly in front of her vehicle as it starts to move forward.

"He draws his gun, aims and fires as the vehicle’s front tires turn to the right.

"The agent shoots again into the driver’s side window as the SUV moves past him before crashing into a nearby light pole..."

"She (eyewitness) said that ICE agents gave Good conflicting orders, with one agent ordering her to drive away from the scene while another yelled for her to get out of her car as he reached for the door handle.

"'Some of them were leaving, and they just went around her, but ICE gave her orders to leave, while at the same time, another ICE person said, ‘Get out of the car,’ and he reached for her door handle."

Trump's ICE goons lack the training, intelligence, and character to be enforcing any laws in America?

Shit happens when you quickly hire 10,000 agents without proper vetting.
If you believe GoogleAI Overview, prior to Trump's recent buildup a bachelor's degree was the standard requirement for ICE employment; although, some specific "front line" roles may waive the college degree requirement and substitute military or general work experience

  • "'Defend the Homeland' Initiative: Recent recruitment drives in 2025 and early 2026 have highlighted roles that do not require an undergraduate degree to broaden the pool of applicants for frontline enforcement.

"Specialized Training

"Regardless of their prior education, all ICE officers must complete rigorous, mandatory training programs at the

"Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC).
  • "HSI Special Agents: Complete a 27-week program."
It appears the standard is currently way too broad for frontline enforcement officers, but I don't expect that to change before 2029.

This video is going to be the equivalent of the George Floyd video.
Except she’s white.

Blacks won’t care about this one.

They are tired of all the illegals scamming the welfare system dry.

The sheepskins sounds nice, but not hiring agents with felony convictions would be a good start. I know, Donroe has many of them, so now they are acceptable and shouldn't hold a good man back.

That crazy fool was in a state of psychosis trying to break into a sealed off chamber to murder elected representatives with a mob of terrorists at her back. Not comparable at all.
Ironically, you are correct: Ashli did not possess a deadly weapon. The woman in MN did.
Not comparable at all.

Fake indictments equals fake convictions equals a nothing burger, Trump Hater's favorite meal.

Trump sure hopes so.
I doubt that trump hopes so but your mind reading skills are probably better than mine.

You are right in your implication that renewed writing will help the republicans and harm the democrats. The media loves a good riot and are always willing to whip one up.

But the voters hate it and they will not vote for the party that supports another "summer of love."

Maybe the worst part at this point is we know the victim's name but not the shooter's. Ultimately we should know more about the victim's motive for being at the location and the qualifications of the officer who shot her.

Imho, it is long past time for ICE officers to lose the masks and start wearing nametags.

GoogleAI is claiming bodycam video of this shooting exists but has not been made public.
