A Death Sentence for Bullshit Jobs

Neither is qualified
Problems solvers can go into a new environment and usually spot waste, fraud, and abuse rather quickly.

When I first got a job as a maintenance man in a large apartment building (with no prior experience) my first thought was,

The owner doesn't know what he's doing. (He actually knew what he was doing, and that was the problem).
and
This place needs me.

Based on my experience of bringing the building into the modern age it's going to take decades to straighten out our government.

It's so funny when liberals talk about Trump hiring unqualified people when Biden put a ****** thief in charge of energy. Literally a ******* man wearing a dress and lipstick and didn't say a ******* word. Literally a ******* "non binary drag queen".

After the last 4 years, democrats have proven themselves irrelevant. They can go sit down and shut up and let the adults run the show.

I look at taxes as the "franchise fee" for doing business in America. It's actually quite low compared to others.

All billionaires are audited every year. At the end of the audit, the chief auditor and the chief accountant shake hands, and either a check is written or a refund is called for. That's it. Deal with it.

Ridiculous
Ultra wealthy taxpayers have an army of accountants and lawyers on their side.
IRS can’t handle them with just a clerk
Ah, yes, the old "pretend an extreme is the norm" gambit. The IRS has over 80,000 employees and you want to pretend they only have a clerk to handle the return of billionaires. They have plenty of workforce to focus on billionaires and leave the rest of us alone.

What I am saying is you need a well qualified team to handle the returns of a billionaire
A clerk with a few weeks training can handle most middle class returns

Good, good, we're getting there. So, the IRS has over 80,000 employees and they can't find well qualified accountants to handle complicated tax returns?

I have made arithmetic errors on my tax returns. Sometimes in my favor, sometimes not. Low level auditors are needed for this, just for the sake of accuracy.

I maintain that, in the day of e-filing, those errors don't require a human's intervention at all. Making sure the math is correct is a trivial exercise for a computer.

The agencies tasked with the job have been ineffective.

The new DOGE, headed by Elon and Vivek are doing a much more effective job at cleaning out the deadwood.
BS.

We are watching how white racism ends up destroying an economy and possibly a nation.

I dunno. Consider this. Only a few returns are audited. Maybe because most filing errors favor the government.

That begs the question then, what exactly are the 80,000+ IRS employees doing to justify their existence?

OK …let’s do that

BUT FIRST
Identify how you want to replace it and why it will be better
Department of Education. Eliminate it. Block grants to states, if anything.

DoE provides assistance for special needs children, low income districts, provides a clearinghouse for states to share information and nationwide standards

Face it
Some states don’t give a shit about education

Government spending is guaranteed to ramp up w/any combination of those two idiots running the show.
Fire as many as you can and the hell with the consequences
