I don’t believe that’s a compelling endorsement.

Nevertheless, it does appear that the voters in NYC (including, possibly, even some who are legally eligible to vote) are going to give the NYC Mayoralty to either the disgraced former NY state Governor or to the unexperienced (in anything) communist Islamist.
