I love the American justice system! A fair trial, not holding them indefinitely, then when found guilty, kill them.

Civilian courts under U.S constitutional laws requires that you find an "impartial jury"--RIGHT! Now if you can find 2 people in New York City that are NOT enraged by the "act of war" perpetrated on their city--PLEASE let us all know who they are. So even if convicted these monsters will have another chance to spend more of our money--declaring that their trial was biased by a bad jury. It's a freakin joke.

This is going to turn into a 3-ring circus that will put this country on trial--specifically the Bush administration & waterboarding-- that will be blasted all over the middle east--which in turn will put our soldiers at risk--let alone the risk to the general public in New York City & at a cost of millions of U.S. taxpayer dollars.

I wanted to see what others thought, and I see most people feel as i do.
1)this is really obama putting bush on trial. I do not know if it is to appease moslums or the American left wing, but it is appeasment. This show weakness, to me and to our enemies, it certainly does not show strength or leadership.
2)the previous administration should have taken care of this issue, there is no valid excuse for not doing so.
3)It looks to me like this might be the defining moment in obama's presidency. As I read here, and heard on the radio all day, most people are upset about this. I believe this one issue will cripple this adminstration.
4)It sounded to me like holder basically said fair trial and then hang them when he made his speech. WTF is he thinking? Courts do not care about the truth, just proceadure. Remenber OJ? Who is the judge going to be? Should we hope for a wise latina woman?
5)This is especially aggregious to me as I have been fighting with a court in Ny (*I live in AZ) because my ex went to this stupid judge and told him I earned over a million dollars a year. No court date, no oportunity to speak, just a court order to pay up. By the way, I became disabled 2 years ago and HAVE NO INCOME!!!!! I never made 100k a year. let alone a million. yet this kangeroo court in NY took my ex's word and it is up to me to pay up WITH NO OPPORTUNITY TO PROVE MY CASE IN COURT!!!
