There seem to be two issues here. Protecting kids from content that is inappropriate to their age. And then dealing with the fallout from people who have been exposed to this stuff. When did strangling become a thing ?

British schools are now dealing with an Andrew Tate generation of young boys who believe it is ok to mistreat girls.

Twitter is named as a culprit. There are no controls on twitter. Pornhub is another. Anyone can access pornhub.

Maybe charging via credit card would stop kids getting this stuff ?Adults could still see their wank fodder but kids cant use credit cards..

What type of parent allows a 9 year old unfettered internet access?

Um, kids can use their parents credit cards, or the apps with the cards on them if the parents are not careful. Ask the dad who recently had over $1000 in Grubhub delivered to him because his son get access to his phone.
