Louisiana starts requiring IDs to access porn on the positive internet

hate to break it to you all,, but google has far more info on you than just your state ID,,

in mist cases when you go to provide ID google will pop up and say thats not needed we already have it,,

When you make a google account, you can either opt in or opt out of them collecting your data. On these porn sites, you can't. You can't access them at all until you fully disclose your personal ID. ID that your neighbor might not have to do because they live across the state line.

Young girls out of high school are usually 18 and considered adults.
Not to mention, by the time they hit 18, and graduate, many if not most already have a body count that would make a mafia hitman jealous. By the time these girls seek work in porn, they've already been auditioning for years...

You still haven't answered the question.

If you don't need ID, why make a law making fake ID's to buy alcohol illegal? Why would anyone use a fake one if one isn't required at all?
because fraud is illegal,,

show me where your link to missouri law says ID is required for purchase??

Is it a clear violation of right-to-privacy laws set forth in the constitution to require ID to
buy alcohol or tobacco?

If they require it, they require it for everyone walking in the door, as well. They won't just card people from one state. That's discrimination.

Not to mention they don't keep it, they don't even look at your name, just your age and face. Then they return it. With this digital footprint, it will be there forever.

Show me why it's illegal to use a fake ID for purchase of alcohol if one is not required. What would you do with a fake ID if nobody checks it? How would they know its fake?

Fraud is the attempt to obtain something using illegal means. If you don't even NEED TO USE THOSE MEANS, how are they illegal? You still haven't answered the question.

fraud is illegal,,

you would get away with the purchase if you didnt show it,,
but if caught the seller is in big trouble and you would get both a fraud charge and minor in possession charge,,

now show me where an ID is required for purchase in the link you provided,,

How else are you going to verify age?

The law also doesn't state that you must insert the latch into the buckle to put your seat belt on.

But it requires you to wear a seatbelt to drive.

How else you gonna do it?

You're darnedright I did. Now they're back in the actual field of play.

No it's not.

Other peoples children are none of my business. And I, for one, certainly don't want government making other peoples children my business in the name of setting a Legal precedent at the barrel of a government gun that companies collect our paperz pleez in order to access web sites on the Internet.
This could have been solved long ago, and still can.
Changing the domain suffix to .xxx etc.
Back in 2011 this was being tossed around Washington, but obviously the porn lobby won and the puppets did nothing.
Defining specifically what a porn site is, and then making it mandatory to change the suffix will make it very easy to have a simple on/off "switch" on the router to allow/disallow .xxx

Oh. And you think that once the government gets the power to demand that companies collect your paperz pleez in order to access specific web content in the name of the childrens that they'll stop there?

They're just gonna ''flatten the curve,'' so to speak?
I'm thinking it's all a backdoor money making scheme.
Like with TSA pre-check ($75), they will approve some sort of third party age verification (for a fee).

Porn is only part of the problem. The rest involves children's access to other children. This is where parental supervision comes in.
parents cant be present all the time,, and as we both know kids are a curious lot and seldom follow what they are told,,

as of yet I cant say I agree or disagree with this law,,
