Using your definition then Israel is a victim of genocide as well since the arabs want to remove all Jews from the entire middle east.
If I had a neighbor that was threatening my life all the time, I would want rid of them as well, most people would.

A standard driver's license alone does not qualify in most states. A REAL ID alone does not qualify. A military ID alone does not qualify. A tribal ID alone does not qualify.
For most Americans, qualifying requires one of the following: a valid U.S. passport or passport card, a certified birth certificate paired with a photo ID, a naturalization certificate, or a Consular Report of Birth Abroad.
A drivers license alone won't do it anymore.
