And this is in Texas.... Somewhere along the line we (nationwide) hit the “stupid button” when it comes to handing out prison sentences. And given that we imprison so many people in the nation, its pretty clear that our mass-incarceration offensive isn’t working.

Still, I’m vexed at what to do differently quite frankly....so I say keep on locking people up. But make it make sense. Dead-bodies should get you a bigger sentence than sex parties....Right?

Amber Guyger was that bimbo blonde cop who walked into the wrong apartment and shot and killed a black man sitting on his couch...because she was high on drugs.

That's why she only got 10 years....cops always get preferential treatment.

Honestly, that case should not have even gone to trial. Her not guilty plea made zero sense.
