Seems as if ISIS could opening a new front in Lybia according to CNN. If this should prove true, what actions should be taken to deal with the implications? Please, keep this discussion on topic and as hard as it may be for some, keep it civil.
Should Europe, which is closer to this action, if it is fact, take the lead as America would were the event be in Canada or Central and South America.
The issue was raised by CNN television news today during the 3 pm segment. I have no other link to post.
