Why is that? I think people are afraid to contradict Trump. Seriously. People fear retribution from Trump for saying something completely obvious. To me, that's a danger. It's a sign of real authoritarianism when people feel they can't say the obvious thing for fear of upsetting the leader. Furthermore, the leader faces no consequences or criticism which further reinforces their idiotic and potentially dangerous behavior.

There are zero excuses for violating peoples Constitutional rights. Zero.

I do not believe there is a constitutional right to never be detained by mistake or be detained by immigration enforcement when you are not an illegal immigrant, but a profiteer from illegal immigration.

The Democrats should not be creating that situation where such mistakes happen.

The other option is to say, "oh well, I guess we can never enforce the immigration law because there's always a possibility that a citizen who associates illegals will be detained."
