But. . that action was condoned by congress, so there isn't any legal question about that one.

Typically U.S. drug interdiction consists of apprehension first if possible, and then a trial.

Are the democrats going to cite every article in the UCMJ? They didn't say anything that was new or profound. They are attempting to incite insurrection with these statements regardless of the legality.
