I have not seen or heard any serious person say the military must obey illegal orders I have however seen six virtue signaling Democrats telling them they don’t have to obey illegal orders as if those in the military don’t already know that. Also in their video I didn’t hear one of these Democrats given any examples of the illegal orders they were talk about just a bunch of speaking in generalized terms so they could get attention and pretend to be really concerned over a non issue.

The real center of the debate is what is legal and what is not. If each individual military personnel is left to decide on their own what they consider legal or not, and thus which orders to follow or not, we will have a real mess on our hands. Politics will undoubtedly come into play into what they decide is “legal”, which is exactly the approach Democrats are taking now.

Hey Stupid, in another thread on this subject, a 30 year former JAG officer already resolved the matter. The legality of orders are determined at the very top and along each stage of command. It is extraordinary rare for an illegal order to reach the soldier in the field, and there is already a huge and robust system for doing this.

The asshole democrats were trying to encourage the military to mutiny against Trump, not question any orders.

Proof of this is the fact that none of those six treasonous vermin nor you can even name a single illegal order given by Trump.

The article I posted (if you had bothered to read it) noted 170 citizens illegally detained/arrested.

That is bound to happen because of sanctuary city policies.

Trump and DHS would greatly prefer to arrest and deport illegal aliens who commit further crimes. it would be very convenient because they are detained in jail. Their jailers determine they are illegal, notify ICE and ICE drives over and picks them up easy as pie.

Since blue cities make that impossible, the ICE agents must go into the neighborhoods and workplaces where illegal aliens are.


Not enforcing the law is not an option, as i'm sure you would agree.

Mixed in with the illegals there are always going to be some of the traffickers and collaborators who happened to be american citizens taking advantage of the plight of these virtual slaves.

So now we have the democrats down as guilty of:

1. Sedition.
2. Insurrection.
3. Treason.
4. Suborning mutiny.
5. Putting invading foreigners ahead of America.
6. Trying to murder a president, and killing a minister.

Seeing that the democrat party is now about nothing but human trafficking, slavery, drugs, debauchery and treason, I guess that is just par for the course.

If an order comes all the way down the chain of command to the soldier in the field that is so blatantly illegal as to be apparent even to the troops that he can challenge his orders and win, there is something very, very wrong.
