There is no rule about limiting the monetary size of a bill that can be sent to the President as far as I can tell.
It would allow the President to avoid swallowing a poison pill and keep congress from putting them into a bill to start with.

That's nuts...Hillary former senator 1st lady and secretary of state?...an outsider?...Trump had to join a party to have a chance and it worked...that is a good thing now maybe he at least he will leave a roadmap for future outsiders from either wing to utilize...We just witnessed a third party presidents election landslide stolen...the first real outsider we ever had....unreal....The Troglocrat Voters will only understand why the Democrat Party looting is bad when their welfare checks bounce

All aiming at Trump daily but he still made the lives of working Americans better....the numbers do not lie....even with covid shutdowns....people found ways to earn money in this great nation of opportunity and limited government regulations and lower taxes....

Establishment Republicans recently are more like "moderate" dems, light on the social bullshit but A-OK with the globalization stuff.
If anyone believes that their political party has their best interests in the forefront of their agenda, they are very foolish. A political figure is supposed to be a mouthpiece for the constituents with in their area. They are supposed to bring the voice of the people to the Round Table. This has gone by the wayside in every political arena there is. Whether it be your local government, state government or federal government. If government was truly for the people of the United States, the stimulus package would not have thousands pages of add-ons just to get everybody in the same boat. This is complete bullshit and it's a mockery of the system that was put in place so many years ago to ensure that the best interest of the American people were in the Forefront. It doesn't matter which political party you belong to, each one of them has their own agenda and they do not really give a shit about the American people. It's all about their personal growth and wealth. Lobbying should be banned. What the hell does India have to do with people in the United States that are struggling because of this pandemic. Take away all the foreign money that's being distributed through this bill and apply it to fixing what's wrong in America. As long as there are homeless people and Military Veterans without Free healthcare, we should not be sending millions to India for feel good reasons. Take some time to look at where most of the money from the last stimulus package went and it should make you sick to your stomach. A very small percentage went to the people who really need it. look especially at what businesses received the lion's share of the small business loans that were granted. Both major parties want to have 2 classes of people. Rich, and lower class. They want to keep the sheep in a pen and put a radio collar on every one of us, and they have achieved a great amount of success in the area of control. When the government can simultaneously send a text to every person in the US that has a cell phone, it should raise a red flag for everyone. Our rights are being infringed upon every single day. Police departments have become para military groups instead of being keepers of peace, they have become judge jury and executioners with little to no reprisal. In many states, police patrol vehicles have become almost invisible. Police vehicles should be painted with hi visibility colors so they can be spotted from a mile away.
