The progtards never learn, do they? I wonder in 50 years if they will still be trying to impeach Trump?

Wrong Again: 50 Years of Failed Eco-pocalyptic Predictions

Modern doomsayers have been predicting climate and environmental disaster since the 1960s. They continue to do so today.

None of the apocalyptic predictions with due dates as of today have come true.

What follows is a collection of notably wild predictions from notable people in government and science.

More than merely spotlighting the failed predictions, this collection shows that the makers of failed apocalyptic predictions often are individuals holding respected positions in government and science.

While such predictions have been and continue to be enthusiastically reported by a media eager for sensational headlines, the failures are typically not revisited. And here they are:

But these things happen, Mike. Sooner or later when there really is some disaster eventually, they've been coming for 4.5 billion years, they will jump up and yell:

SEE! WE TOLD YOU! :1peleas:

. . . and they will be right. Even a broken clock gives the right time twice a day.

That has nothing to do with the topic lying thread derailer.

The guy who invented the modern climate change (it used to be Man Made climate change) theory was a failed politician who was once caught soliciting illegal contributions and turned out to be not only a hypocrite but a pervert. Al Gore tried to score something called "carbon credits" in an international extortion scam while his little compound used more energy than a small town. Norway (among other nations) played along with it as long as they could use it as leverage against America's affluence and Gore was awarded a Nobel Prize to prop up his scam even though he had no background in science.

Yeah , yeah

50 years ago they were predicting man would control weather and modify the weather.

Trump even suggest to drop a nuclear bomb on a hurricane approaching the US

Hey 50 years ago they thought it would be easier and cheaper to store data on computer disk instead of on paper. Yet why do people still keep paper records.

How long has man been dreaming about going to Mars, it is assumed that he will but my only concern is why. In search of more raw materials??

The president of IBM in the late 40, thought that his new product would have limited consumer value

Telsa concluded that alcoholic drinks would be the new water replacing tea and coffee. Toss up

Well the thing about prediction is that it is an attempt to bring certainty to an uncertainty

Parents tell there children don't eat sweets as its bad for your teeth, but it taste so good and in the end 50 years later you have a mouth full of fake teeth

So is it wiser to be prepared or unprepared

best case scenario, it will all work out, worse case scenario people may die

Man Made Climate Change, or Global Warming, or AGW, or whatever they call it this week is an INCOME and WEALTH redistribution scheme, not an environmental movement. The Globalists and their Leftist minions here are using it like their predecessors used Communism.
