my town is full of houses under 200K and you would be hard pressed to find a crack house in one of them,,

I bought 3 houses and 12 acre for 130K 8 yrs ago,,

Pittsburgh has a lot of houses under $200k. Not the best neighborhoods, of course, but neighborhoods where working-class people would be perfectly comfortable.
