An international coalition of combat troops should have been in Ukraine within 30 days after the FIRST Muscovy invasion in 2014.

Why was it OK for an international coalition to defend Kuwait and yet not Ukraine ? we need to do more to stop Muscovite horde´s imperialistic aggression and expel them from Ukraine.

Four countries have already announced the possibility of sending their troops to Ukraine.

French President Emmanuel Macron was the first to announce this and explained that his statement was completely deliberate and considered.

Prime Minister of Estonia Kaia Kallas supported him. "We have to do everything so that Ukraine wins and Russia loses this war," she said.

Lithuanian officials are also considering the possibility of sending troops to Ukraine for military training, Lithuanian presidential adviser Kyastutis Budris said.

The Netherlands has become the fourth country whose chief of defense staff, General Onno Eichelsheim, does not rule out the possibility of sending troops to Ukraine, but notes that now is "not the time to talk about such a scenario."

It's not being currently built as a production aircraft. Still being done as a prototype. Meaning that the building process uses fewer people that do a wider ranging set of tasks that they do not specialize in...and likely can't.
No different than a construction electrician trying to repair a cell phone. Yes, both use electricity and follow the same principles but a different set of skills are needed to do the tasks. The electrician can learn them but a dedicated electronics repair tech is really required for the cell phone...and by the same notion the electronics guy won't necessarily understand how to wire up switch gear or how to rack the buckets.

Same thing with military, turbofan aircraft. Lots and lots of specialists necessary to build the precision vehicle so it is optimal.

When it's production...the specialists are doing the same thing every day...prototype a specialist is a part timer at best. He still needs full time work so there's no telling what's going on in his head.

And if it really was production made....there would be ten times the number produced.

The shift to production build is not far off...it could be. Just a matter of enough militaries ordering enough of them.
