I thought France is the epitome of European elegance and culture.

What does that have to do with the question. Ever been there. Paris is nice. The water is polluted but the food is good. The people are wonderful. The French onion soup sucks.

The Sein is very polluted they did do a serious clean up for the last Olympics because they had to swim in it. I dont remember any Air pollution when I was in Paris.

Europe is in serious decline today. Immigration, loss of basic rights, high taxes, poor healthcare and 30% of their budget is social welfare which is not sustainable. Energy costs are high due to renewable energy. Europe is nothing like America
