We report--you decide. Surveys only take samples of people, in this case 500. They may be off and only 30% leave, or may be off and 50% leave. However given the fact people have been leaving businesses and residents alike, it may very well top 50%.
Maybe they should be like Republicans and just concentrate on the rich republicans and just bamboozle the poor republicans.Sounds like the state is about to get even more blue. But then who will pay the taxes?
It's been pretty much a lost cause for many years. However Democrats are unfamiliar with the concept if you start to dig and then find yourself in a hole, it's time to stop digging. Every time they do something destructive to the state or people within, they find some way to top their last stupid move.

Additionally, 8 out of 10 people polled said crime has increased in the city, and almost 90% of those polled said they believe that the homeless crisis has gotten worse. Roughly three-quarters of residents in San Francisco said their quality of life has declined over the past year.
Police statistics show certain crimes have been increasing in Californiaās fourth-largest city, including a significant surge in car burglaries, which are up as much as 700% in some areas.
San Franciscoās police chief has pointed the finger at two factors: not enough police on the streets and criminals being let out of jail due to relaxed prosecuting.
