Yes, the City and County of San Francisco has problems, but no worse and in many cases much better than other cities and towns across America.
There is a difference between having problems and instituting policy that creates problems. I would say it's much worse than other areas because from what I've been told, SF was once a beautiful place to live and visit.
Between electing a lib Governor who damn near shutdown the entire state causing thousands of businesses to close up or face other hardships, allowing criminals to shoplift with impunity, even if they wish to do it every day, not doing a thing about the homeless and unsanitary conditions they created, it all boils down to who you vote for. Thanks to the lefts ravage attack on our police officers and the movement to de-fund them, police departments across the country are experiencing a huge disinterest in people choosing police work as a profession, including where I live. When you add in all the good police officers that already quit or took an early retirement at record levels for many lib cities, look for crime to increase even more in places like SF.
This is why I've been saying for the past few years we need to divide this country and have two countries instead. On your side of the wall, put in all the destructive policies you want. Bring in all the third-worlders you want. Disarm every citizen you want. Don't lock up any criminals if you want. On our side, we will strongly support our police, the right to self-defense even with a deadly weapon, have lower taxes on businesses and damn near everybody, and we could each live our lives according to our political beliefs and be happy.
