Poverty ā ratesā do not reflect the actual monies spent or impact. The actual number does. The number of poverty among whites far exceeds either group. You saw the numbers. Itās the actual number non math person.Not sure what metric you're using to determine "poor." Looking at poverty rates by race, blacks and hispanics outnumber whites by a long shot:
The rate just gives a racist a bone to harp on.
Poverty in red states exceeds that in blue states. Poverty in rural area exceeds that in cities. Most red states are more rural. Thatās where the numbers come fromā¦ā¦rural rd states, the poorest, most crime ridden and worse places to live.
But everyone knows that.
