I think even people without any scientific understanding can see that having the USA spend 100% of the estimated $3 Trillion cost while only producing 15% of the CO2 is clearly a scam and fraud and hoax

If the Climate “Scientists” were truly interested in “saving the planet” they would demand a total boycott of China and India, the 2 leading and increasing producers of CO2, but they don’t.

The reason being that, as you see by the $3 Trillion price tag, climate change is a wealth redistribution scheme. It’s like war, but without the bloodshed and bombs
