3-Quad Intake Manifold: Vintage Cadillac?

Many years ago a friend of mine swore that Cadillac had offered a 3-Quad intake manifold in the 1950s. I’ve never seen one and I’ve never heard anyone else even talk about it. Is it true, do you think?

FOUND ONE!!! But I don't know to what engine if's made and it looks more like an adapter for a dual qual manifold :

I wonder if it works? I guess if a tunnel ram manifold works then this one will at least run.
