I contend all one needs to do is watch the video that shows him getting killed......begins with Ahmaud jogging towards the truck......not running or jogging from the truck....he runs toward the truck where there are 2 armed white guys....the father in the bed of the truck and his son to the front and left of the truck.

Ahmaud jogs or runs around the right side of the truck and then quickly darts to the left....running across the front of the truck to attack the white dude with the shotgun...he tries to take the weapon away from the white guy....unable to do so....he gets shot a couple of times in the process....then he lets go of the gun starts to run away and collapses and dies.

. . . I have a feeling the jury will see it differently. When a vigilante group ran the man down, what he did will probably be considered self-defensive tactics, as they had no right to be there in the first place.

Even if they felt he was casing, their tactics to address that should have been to call the authorities, not chase him down and hunt him like some run away slave.

Well first of all you are wrong....they did nothing illegal....not sure exactly what you mean by 'they ran him down'.....what they did was to follow him and try to question him.....he ran off....so they drove past him stopped their truck and the father got in the back of the truck and his son was to the front left of the truck....all this time they were on the phone with 911 telling them where they were and what the suspect was doing.....basically they were waiting on the police.

Also....the father was a policeman and had been appointed the lead guy on investigating the burglaries and trespassing the neighborhood was plagued with.

Anyhow..... they waited a long distance down the road from where the black guy was jogging....he gradually kept on jogging towards them(not the action of someone in fear of his life...he could have gone another way) so when he catches up to the truck he jogs around the right of the truck and then veers quickly to the left crossing in front of the truck and tries to snatch the weapon of the white guy standing to the left and front of the truck...unable to do that as the white guy is very strong and has no problem maintaining control of the weapon and the black guy gets shot twice in the melee he began.

The video has now been posted at least twice....if you watch it you will a much better understanding of what actually happened.

The media has consistently lied about this whole thing...but that is where most people get their screwed up thinking from....media bs.

Now this video is one when the police saw arbary parked in his car.....he looked suspicious so they tried to question him but he became beligerant and threatening....one officer tried to taser him but the taser malfunctioned.
