2nd hand smoke...lets be clear you indocterated stupid fucks

Going to an enclosed area and smoking isn't a constitutional right either . . .

The point here is that nobody is stopping smokers from smoking. They only have to get up off their "butts" and go smoke their butts outside so that no one else has to be exposed to their air pollution.

or you can go to another bar. The question I ask is why is your butt hurt more equal than the smoker's butthurt?

Who is the one spreading unhealthy smoke? Give it up.

Why do you have to be in the bar then?

The people who advocate laws like this would normally not set foot in the place I am talking about, i.e. your dingy neighborhood dive bar, no food except the bags of pretzels and the candy machine, and a place that smells BETTER with cigarette smoke, as opposed to the smell of stale beer, vomit, and the whiff of urine coming from the bathroom.

It's where drinks gather. Many then go home and beat they're wifes

God damn. Your spelling is just atrocious. Smoking kills brain cells, I'm sure of it.

You are arguing for the "right" of a bar owner to allow or disallow smoking, while at the same time condemning the very business being performed at a bar. You are not making any sense.

Your reading comprehension is lacking. Where did I condemn bar owners for serving drinks? Are you drunk now? It's a bit early, don't you think?

I am fine with assuming risk, as long as I have notice that the risk may be present.

And what about emphysema? Are you seriously trying to tell us a tale that second hand smoke is harmless just so that you can go smoke in your favorite bar? Selfish dude. Just stop.

What about peanut allergies. Many times deadly, and just the dust from them can kill. Ever seen a bowl of peanuts on a bar?

Oh, such concern for mankind.

Did you know that alcohol is classified as a poison?

Did that make you pee your pants in fear?

So then you are advocating for closing down bars? What is your point? You are WAAAAY out there in la la land.

No I am fine with assumed risk. All I need is a sign on the door giving me notice.

Funny, you can easily stay away from smokers, lighting up makes any perceived danger apparent. It's different with drinkers, they can kill or beat you miles and miles away from where they consume the product.

But you fear the smoker??????:rofl::rofl:

Let's put it this way so perhaps your limited intellect can understand. Beating your wife is illegal. You will go to jail. Drinking and driving is illegal. You will go to jail. Second hand smoking is banned from some indoor areas.

Point being?

You can tell me that there is no "evidence" that second hand smoke causes health problems, but common sense tells ME that sitting in an enclosed smoky area and breathing all that smoke into my lungs is NOT healthy for me. Whether it causes cancer, emphysema or whatever, what difference does that make? I don't want any of those diseases, thanks.

Then don't enter

Pretty simple

Smoke outside. That's simple too.

If the property owner wishes me to, no problemo

Sorry, business owners have to follow rules and regulations. A business owner cannot just do whatever he/she wants. Thems the facts!

Name another legal product that the owner is forced to not allow his customers to consume in their business

Define "high exposure"

What are you arguing about? Are you going to try and tell us that second hand smoke is NOT harmful and that we should all just "forget about it" so that you can sit on your arse and smoke inside? It's disgusting and it's rude and it's selfish.

My point stands. All of the things you have mentioned as far as drinking and harming others are ILLEGAL.

Since you defend smoking, I would think you were the ignorant one. Lol. That is just PURE ignorance and selfishness.

I've actually never smoked a cigarette in my life. My tobacco use is limited to about 2-3 stogies a year.

My issue is that if non smoking bars were such a wonderful idea, why did government have to force it. Why not let bars decide?

Going to a bar and getting hammered isn't a constitutional right.

Note that I mean "bar" bars not restaurants, where I can see the benefit of no smoking regs.

The issue is government tries to make 1 size fits all laws for situations that don't call for it.

Going to an enclosed area and smoking isn't a constitutional right either . . .

Really, the explain no smoking regulations in parks and beaches, last I heard they're outside.

Probably because some filthy smokers leave their butts around everywhere.

Oh right, like nonsmokers never litter.

Nobody said that. You are on the losing side of this argument. There are no "pros" to your argument. None.

None other than liberty, it's supposed to be a free country.

Good to know you can justify their deaths.

The point is, all of those things you bring up are already ILLEGAL. Lol. So people are punished when their "vices" lead to the harm or death of another. Get it yet? Second hand smoke causes HARM and can potentially cause DEATH as well. All we ask is that you go outside with your nasty filth. Thanks for your cooperation in keeping America HEALTHY. :)

There is no evidence and never will be one that 2nd hand smoke will kill you before you stuff your face with pizza to death..dumb fucks.

That is all...oh wait and this

Study Finds No Link Between Secondhand Smoke And Cancer

A large-scale study found no clear link between secondhand smoke and lung cancer, undercutting the premise of years of litigation including a Florida case that yielded a $350 million settlement.

The article in the Journal of the National Cancer Institute details a study of 76,000 women over more than a decade, which found the usual link between smoking and cancer. Lung cancer was 13 times more common in current smokers, and four times more common in former smokers, than in non-smokers.
Why stop there?

Why not fall back on the tried and true cigarette smoking has not been proven to cause cancer...it is all circumstantial evidence

Drunk driving is a crime, so its victims should just be understanding, right?

Let's make bars responsible for all second hand effects.

No patron may have more than one beverage per day. Breathalyzer every patron before they are allowed to leave.

Nah, you drunks would never stand for that although it would save people from your disgusting and repulsive habit

Why don't you deflect some more since your arguments seem to fail so often

Understanding? What in the hell are you babbling about. We are talking about the LAW. I don't drink BTW (except occasionally on special occasions) as drinking is what killed my father, so I'm no "proponent" of drinking. So . . . stop trying to bring your emotional crap into this discussion. We are speaking as to the LAWS.

Again, second hand smoke is easily avoided. Second hand drinking is not.
