Hot air indeed, you somehow believe you've got insight counter to all the experts who state that North Korea is still a long ways of from being able to build the multi-stage nuclear payloads required to arm ballistic missiles.

You're incredibly naive. Why don't you work out in your little pea brain how another country just gives North Korea a couple of nukes last week and now they have all the facilities to locate, track, target, and launch them at a moving target.

This is true. However it is pretty far removed from assigning the capability to a country that has only detonated primitive single stage nuclear weapons, what you're doing is fear-mongering and anyone with an ounce of knowledge on the subject can see it for what it is.

You, not I, are claiming to be positive about DPKR capabilities. You have no grounds to be positive that DPKR cannot launch a missile with a nuke payload.

It is highly probable they could launch a missile with a nuke payload .... and major war most likely would ensue NO MATTER where the missile nuke exploded.
