How is diversity, equity and inclusion 'against' the Civil Rights Act?

When instead of promoting diversity, equity and inclusion, it includes one sex or ethnicity while excluding another.

The very thing that the Civil Rights Act specifically was created to prevent.

That’s playing with semantics to hide the fact that those who are most likely to have gained from DEI are black women. That’s like saying most people who buy a gallon of milk in Pennsylvania are Pennsylvanians.

If a white woman and a black woman compete for the same job, and the black woman is close to as qualified as the white woman, the “win” goes to the black woman.

People like me want to abolish racism and genderism and give the job to the best qualified.

Don't accept that bullshit theory. IN reality when they decide to hire a black woman, or a black man, or what have you,

they make the decision before they look at ANYONE.

Thus, exclusing ALL whites or all white men, or what have you.

This white woman was a victim of AA, the precursor of DEI.

But if you keep saying that you might eventually convince someone that it's true.

Or not.

Or someone else was just a better fit for the job.

I lost out on a job (initially) to a white woman who had less education, less experience, and less leadership skills than I had. She failed spectacularly, and I got the job eventually.

Um, okay, as soon as you abolish white privilege, we can do that.

I've seen two examples of AA benefiting people over me. One a white woman, one a black woman. I've seen dozens of cases of people having advantages because they were related to the (white) boss, sleeping with the (white) boss, or buddies with the (white) boss.

There’s no white privilege. DEI has created black privilege, amd particularly black female privilege.

And who’s sleeping with whom is irrelevant. We are talking about lefties like you handing out jobs to black women when there are others more qualified - but white, so no go. Racism is racism.

Enough with elevating black women simply because they are black women. It’s almost as ridiculous as that big statue in Denmark of an overweight, anonymous black woman.

do white feminists know and agree with ^this/that^
It’s a misleading statement. There are more white women than black women. But black women are much more likely to benefit from DEI than white women.

Actually, you have no idea how hiring works.

First, resumes aren't read by a human, they are read by a program called "Applicant Tracking Software"

Then the resume is read by a human.

Then they start calling people in, usually without knowing their gender or ethnicity. They could make educated guesses, of course, that Jamal Washington is probably a black dude, but they don't know he is until they call him.

Of course, you are far more likely to get a job if someone inside the company recommends you. Two of the last three jobs I've gotten were through recommendations.

Yeah, joe is king of the specious proclamation, in order for his statement to be true then, white feminists would owe any success to a government program and not their movement...now he has to do the pretzel twist to get out of the claim or just drop it.

Actually, it's completely relevent. We once had an inventory manager, who was fucking the regional manager. This woman was the holy fucking terror who got people fired on a regular basis. Completely incompetent at her job, her ideas were awful, and no one complained about her because she was the Regional Manager's fuck buddy.

Another case. We decided to create a position of Production Coordinator because we realized letting buyers do coordination and purchasing was probably a violation of SOX. So instead of just promoting someone who had APICS background (myself), the manager brought in one of his drinking buddies. When the guy showed up, he was kind of useless, so I ended up doing his job, my job, and the job of the black lady they fired to balance head count.

When I insisted he do his own work, I was the bad guy. I got out of that job PDQ.

Now you are offended by statues? Naw, you aren't racist at all, Lisa.

Nice try, leftist. I knew and spoke to people in the department that hired him. He was incompetent and useless.

Any more fantasies?
