no...actually, what irritated me was reading it - or a variation of it - for the umpteenth time. It is shopworn and sophomoric. I didn't find it funny the FIRST time I read it, but I really didn't find it funny this time...and when the poster posts this stuff and doesn't show the common decency to admit that he, himself, does not have the intellect or the "humor" to create such a document on his own, but tries to pass it off as "original"....THAT is what irritates me.

Come on, now. I, for one, have seen NUMEROUS "righties" on this board rip "lefties" up one side and down the other for not posting sources for all manner of posts, funny or not....all you would have needed to do is respond to Maineman that he needed to lighten up about finding things funny and that it was sent to you via-email from a friend with no source.

I found it amusing...I chuckled...and at the end I thought, "oops...he didn't give a source, I bet someone's gonna mention that." But you know what...it wouldn't have surprised me if it had been a moderator rather than another poster...we all know the rules...you should always try to give a source. While I'm totally willing to state that Maineman was unreasonably grouchy about a little "right-wing" humor...I'm not quite sure why the trashing of him had to be quite so ferocious.

my point stands: this is sophomoric. It doesn't have any tread left on its tires it has driven around the internet so long... and you posted it yet again...and didn't list your source.
