Reenacting is a great way for children to learn what something was like or how it feels to be in another’s shoes.

But 2 is far too young to understand this.

The Rosa Parks story needs to be told. The bad parts need as much emphasis as the great parts. The bad parts should never be swept under the carpet.

I’m all for telling the whole story of Rosa Parks and no parts being swept under the rug. What I am arguing is why do we have to go through great lengths to relive it. Not reliving it is not the same as not telling it or sweeping it under the carpet.
