...maybe he would've stopped and OMG--!!! he would've stopped and got out, complied, and asked immediately to go pray in church...then-MAYBE, he would've helped build houses for refugees.....MAYBE, he would've told the police he was sorry...MAYBE, if the police only would've said the word ''please'' first...yes--that's it --they should've said pretty please and for sure, he would've stopped!

"Appeared to be suicidal"? So he didn't threaten to kill himself and said something like he didn't want to live anymore which usually is fairly harmless. Every time someone tries to relate how bad they feel, the police have to visit?
