You didn't know that Chicago bans guns?

Criminals tend to ignore that law, get guns and use them.

People who obey the law respect the ban but become targets by the lawless. The lawless would be more reticent to use guns if someone stopped them now and again with a bullet.

That's why I'm pro-Amendment 2 and against those who disallow concealed carry. Fewer innocent people would be sent to the morgue with deadly gunshots if good guys could stop a shooter before he kills more people.

It's not a perfect system, but then again, this is the earth, not heaven.

What's at fault is that inner-city live within the black community promotes thug culture. This culture thinks it's ok to kill, rape and destroy everything around you for the heck of it.
