You shoot someone to death, I think it fair to say he should be treated as an adult.

The suspect was arrested Thursday and was being held for investigation on suspicion of first-degree murder.

Hope they have more evidence than just a video of the event + two police witnesses or he just might be left back out on the street without bail.

Most of them don't do that. Just the brown ones who think they are black.
