We've been putting in new curbs, crosswalks and sidewalks here all summer & fall. When budgeted appropriately there is no need for the feds to be involved.
Isn't it great that YOU didn't have to pay for my new sidewalks?

Curbs and sidewalks?
You didn’t just post that did you?

We are talking a trillion dollars worth of infrastructure upgrades and you think curbs and sidewalks

Laugh Out Loud, only a Trump supporter would post this absurdity. Trump is and has always been a Grifter.

No, not at all when it came to actually acting on measures like this in office. Your hatred for his tweeting habits has colored your objectivity.

Less than 25% of this boondogle actually goes to infrastructure....

Among other things there are things like this throughout the wasteful crap of a bill...

$10 Billion to Create a ‘Civilian Climate Corp’

$20 Billion to ‘Advance Racial Equity and Environmental Justice’

$175 Billion in Subsidies for Electric Vehicles

$213 Billion to Build/Retrofit 2 Million Houses & Buildings

$100 Billion for New Public Schools and Making School Lunches ‘Greener’

$12 Billion for Community Colleges

Billions to Eliminate ‘Racial and Gender Inequities’ in STEM

$100 Billion to Expand Broadband Internet (And Government Control of It)

$25 Billion for Government Childcare Programs

Now explain to me what the hell any of this has to do with Roads, Bridges, and Tunnels?

So you disagree with....

$22 billion per year for 5 years for roads, bridges and major infrastructure projects.

And $8 billion per year for 5 years for bridge repair, replacement and rehabilitation

And $13 billion per year for 5 years in passenger and freight rail

And $13 billion per year for 5 years to rebuild the electric grid

And $11 billion per year for 5 years to upgrade water infrastructure

And Another $10 billion per year for 5 years would go toward making the water system more resilient -- protecting it from drought, floods and cyberattacks

55 billion per year for 5 years for all of that. And you are against it all.

Are you like 99 and about to die so you do not give a fuck at all about roads and such?

Passenger rail is a waste of money. Raise the cost of the tickets to pay for any improvement. I do not have passenger rail service except 150 miles away. and it takes days to get where you are going and is more expensive than flying. Why would anyone want to do that?

Electric grid is not a federal government responsibility. Power companies are responsible.

Water infrastructure is not a government responsibility. Water companies are responsible.

Making water systems more resilient is not a government responsibility. Again, water companies are responsible.

Your mindset is why our infrastructure is in such poor shape

Companies looking to make a profit are not interested in replacing lead pipes or modernizing their equipment.

Municipalities running on an austerity budget can’t afford major upgrades

Pretty funny watching the Trumpsters talk about cutting spending.

That's exactly what a communist would say: "no one who opposes the government shall receive government benefits"

You are a fucking commie.
