I consider myself a member of the Principle Party. As such I look at Dems/GOP and ask which one is more critical of themselves?
Almost on a daily basis I see ALL Democrats hewing the party line. Never criticizing anyone that is a Democrat.
On the other hand people that favor the GOP frequently makes statements like "both parties are to be blamed". Or "neither party seems to want to scale back spending." Or the classic one by apologetic GOP especially the MSM slobber hounds... "Yes Bush was wrong in Iraq..." or "Bush was really the problem"...
These are comments made by GOP about fellow GOPers!
Have we ever heard a Democrat blame Obama/Clinton/Reid/etc.?

And for that reason I find a greater affinity as a member of the Principle Party to GOP ideology because at LEAST the GOP admits mistakes!
