That is a good question.

Some people explain that they are enraged by their past treatment in this country.

Other people explain that maybe the reason has to to with genetics.

The bottom line: Although there are hooligans in every ethnicity, for some reason gangs that ransack a store like that are usually composed of young people of that particular ethnicity.


For some reason, they just can't behave themselves -- in a store, or on the sidewalk, or at school, or on public transportation, etc.

That is why some people feel that a large segment of them will never change.


In my opinion, in the future when the majority of Americans are Hispanic, there will be a crackdown on this kind of craziness. Caucasians are just too kind to take effective action.
