UN doesn't have the power to ratify anything. The UN allowed the state of Israel to be admitted to the UN conditional on Israel's acceptance and implementation of resolutions 181 and 194, which it never has. So far only Israel's bitch at the UN has kept it there. Anyway membership of the UN conferrs no recognition in International law. Israel is an illegitimate state that should be dismantled.
