I would live in rural northwest Georgia on a plot of eight or nine acres. I would have a modest home of about 2,000 sq. ft. with a large basement for a wood working shop. The land would have hundreds of rare and exotic trees and shrubs, many of them flowering,including a dozen different varieties of magnolias, dawn redwoods, Japanese maples, bottle brush buckeyes, smoke trees, Chinese firs, Japanese cedars, etc., etc.
WAIT, that is where I live now and have lived for the last forty-five years.
