Yes, They're Going to Arrest Donald Trump. Deal With It.

Irrelevant, Dumbfuck. Clinton was in possession of a personal record. Also, Clinton was not a party to that lawsuit. Classified documents in Trump's possession would be presidential records. And while a president is tasked with determining which records are personal versus presidential, that doesn't mean a president can get away with violating the Presidential Records Act by calling a presidential record, "personal."

44 U.S. Code § 2201 - Definitions

(1)The term “documentary material” means all books, correspondence, memoranda, documents, papers, pamphlets, works of art, models, pictures, photographs, plats, maps, films, and motion pictures, including, but not limited to, audio and visual records, or other electronic or mechanical recordations, whether in analog, digital, or any other form.

(2)The term “Presidential records” means documentary materials, or any reasonably segregable portion thereof, created or received by the President, the President’s immediate staff, or a unit or individual of the Executive Office of the President whose function is to advise or assist the President, in the course of conducting activities which relate to or have an effect upon the carrying out of the constitutional, statutory, or other official or ceremonial duties of the President. Such term—

(A)includes any documentary materials relating to the political activities of the President or members of the President’s staff, but only if such activities relate to or have a direct effect upon the carrying out of constitutional, statutory, or other official or ceremonial duties of the President; but

(B)does not include any documentary materials that are (i) official records of an agency (as defined in section 552(e) [1] of title 5, United States Code); (ii) personal records; (iii) stocks of publications and stationery; or (iv) extra copies of documents produced only for convenience of reference, when such copies are clearly so identified.

(3)The term “personal records” means all documentary materials, or any reasonably segregable portion thereof,[2] of a purely private or nonpublic character which do not relate to or have an effect upon the carrying out of the constitutional, statutory, or other official or ceremonial duties of the President. Such term includes—

(A)diaries, journals, or other personal notes serving as the functional equivalent of a diary or journal which are not prepared or utilized for, or circulated or communicated in the course of, transacting Government business;

(B)materials relating to private political associations, and having no relation to or direct effect upon the carrying out of constitutional, statutory, or other official or ceremonial duties of the President; and

(C)materials relating exclusively to the President’s own election to the office of the Presidency; and materials directly relating to the election of a particular individual or individuals to Federal, State, or local office, which have no relation to or direct effect upon the carrying out of constitutional, statutory, or other official or ceremonial duties of the President.

I guess you didn't pay any attention to the actual wording of the Judge's ruling, Simp.

Go back and listen this time.

LOLOL

You're such a dumbfuck.

Watch this ...

According to you, Trump could legally declare a document with nuclear codes a "personal record" and then frame them and hang them on a wall in Mar-a-Raided.

Yes, you. The court never said a president can declare nuclear codes "personal" and hang them on a wall. That you think that's legal does nothing other than to expose your massive ignorance on yet another topic.

If you haven’t yet come to terms with the fact that vile, power-abusing, Left-wing goblins are going to arrest former President Donald Trump, you’ve got your head in the sand. These people are unprincipled cage-fighters animated by their seething lust to destroy Orange Man Bad. Our upper echelon law enforcement has been transformed into an iron fist, and we’ve taken unprecedented blow after unprecedented blow for years now — presidential candidate Trump wiretapped, the Russia Hoax, two impeachments on the flimsiest of grounds, FBI raids of conservative journalists and political enemies (especially those in Trump’s orbit, including his attorneys Michael Cohen and Rudy Giuliani), and most recently, the reprehensible raid of the Trump family’s beloved home. Why on earth would you think these people will stop there?

What has always been unimaginable in the United States is now pretty much guaranteed: Yes, there will be an indictment of a former president. Leftists are saying it out loud now. Obama wingman and former weaponized AG Eric Holder said as much on Thursday,
~Snip~
But if I’m right — if the Left continues to indulge its unslakable thirst for abusing power and persecuting Donald Trump — then we should be prepared to see an unabated cavalcade of tragic norm-shredding. Let’s stop being gob smacked by it. Let’s take a step back, recognize that what we’re seeing is a group of people helplessly caught up in the throes of obsessive hatred, and understand that their works are trash. Then, let’s do everything we can to support target-in-chief Donald Trump, rescue America, and set things right. Let’s keep moving toward the exit from this disastrous phase of American history.

Commentary:
Unfortunately, The Deep State Maoist Commies using their lackey puppet Merrick Garland are capable of any dirty trick you can imagine. What they’ve been doing to Trump the past 5 years is proof positive of that.
Their hope is to put DJT under prosecution in the run up to the 2024 election. “How can you vote for a man charged with...” will be their motto.
They’ll drag this out for months, perhaps even longer. the trial will of course be in Washington D.C., so, we can expect every person on the jury to be a Trump hater.
Although I’m not convinced that the majority of Democrats in America are all that at ease with arresting and prosecuting Trump, with all their dirty linen out in the open.
Trump is a fighter, and they will pay very heavily if they go through with this bovine scatology.
Trump will be elected by an absolute landslide in 2024 and when he is, folks won’t recognize the ghost town that D.C. will become when he’s done with it.
The Deep State is in a rush to arrest and try trump. However, they fear the results of the coming mid-term elections. If they act now, they believe they may be able to stop the debacle they face.
I don't believe Democrats will fare well in November elections.
Like I should care what happens to the elite class when they break the law.

He’s the only one who should have them , how did trump get xiden’s codes?

I didn't ask you that. I asked you to show where Biden's displaying them to the public...

Your non-sequitur deflection reveals you have no idea what the fuck you're talking about -- which I already knew.

History repeats itself Doc. First there was the dumbing down of our children through government education; Santayana said, those who cannot remember their history are condemned to repeat it.

In the 1930s, Germany was swept up by fanatics who made enemies vilifying the Jews in order to unite the nation behind a "threat," and here we are almost a century later watching history repeat. From before the day Trump even took office, they have worked to unite their party behind a common hatred of Trump as some grave "threat," so effective that they even brought along with them the weak-minded RINOs like Cheney and McConnell now vowed to "stamp the threat out at any cost for the sake of democracy" even as they themselves trample all over our freedoms, rights and laws, unable to see the hypocrisy of their own actions that they have become the very thing they seek to destroy.

The good news is that the only thing they are destined to destroy in the long run is themselves and their anti-American movement of tyranny because the farther they pursue their Marxist doctrine, the more they expose themselves until finally, through law or revolt, all of America will finally turn on them.

Once again you demonstrate you inability to follow the court ruling.

But then, you are a Simp.

Dismissed.

Once again Simp, where is Trump displaying them in public?

You really need to tap out now, Fuckwit.
