I've discussed this here before. I believe the only real solution is some form of socialism.

Would you bet against sex robots? AI 'could leave half of world unemployed'

Machines could put more than half the world’s population out of a job in the next 30 years, according to a computer scientist who said on Saturday that artificial intelligence’s threat to the economy should not be understated. Expert Moshe Vardi told the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS): “We are approaching a time when machines will be able to outperform humans at almost any task. “I believe that society needs to confront this question before it is upon us: if machines are capable of doing almost any work humans can do, what will humans do?”

Basic incomes off of the productivity of such could allow humanity to mostly do without work.

It is time to get out of the 18th century idea that everyone needs to work until they die.

If I could live in a society like that I would go to school for the rest of my life.

Once upon a time, most people were farmers.

There will always be something for us humans go do, if the machines don't decide to wipe us out.

Same here ;) There's no reason why we can't build such a society.

This is reality: If republicans elected ted cruz as president next year PRIVATE corporations would still switch to robotics as it is 800 times more productivity. If we elect Clinton or Bernie at least we could tax some of this and start the changes.

They are too stupid to not work. Its actually a problem.
