First Rand Paul is against the war, I think Donald Trump will raise the military budget, and so he will raise the taxes, under Rand Paul the taxes will decrease.

A few years ago Donald Trump supported the democrats now he supports the Republicans as a very right leaning. I think the positions of Rand Paul are much more clearly.

Rand Paul can handle very good with the democrats, he would get a lot of votes from democrats, Donald Trump is very right leaning and so he would get less votes from the Republicans and from the democrats.
