Why do right-wingers lose lawsuits against liberals at such alarming rate? Is Elon next?

Your OP got cut off after this.

Waiting for that examination.
It was an invitation for all of us (especially right-wing members) to examine the causes of their hopes are always dashed by these frivolous lawsuits.
That's why it was on the last line, and I said "let's" examine. Let us, examine.
The only thing cut short was your IQ at birth. Now get to examining because you've been silent so far.

Well, it is funny you speak of low IQ and then admit to:

1. Wanting others to do your homework.
2. Assuming that people on this board know or understand the motives behind the lawsuites
3. Care about the lawsuites.

Maybe "Dumbass from Georgia" would be a better description of your person.

As reported previously here, Trump sued CNN for calling the big lie "The Big Lie" and lost embarrassingly in court.

Tulsi Gabbard (after going from Democrat to Fox News right-winger) sued Hillary for defamation. But her lawsuit was such a joke that she dropped it after getting some attention-grabbing headlines about filing the lawsuit. She tried to save face by pretending she "had to focus on COVID" instead.

Trump counter-sued the woman he sexually assaulted (Jean Carroll) because she called it "rape". The judge embarrassed Trump in yet another loss, noting that ordinary people would call what he did to her "rape" even if though he was liable for 'sexual assault'.

Now Elon Musk tries to vent his anger by filing a lawsuit that has no chance of going anywhere against Media Matters, for ratting him out regarding antisemitic ads on Twitter aka X.

While some lawsuits have been successful, they are few and far between compared to the losses.

Let's examine the reasons why these lawsuits consistently result in lopsided defeats for the right-wingers who file them.
That's easy to answer. The liberal prosecutors, attorney generals, judges, etc. are abusing their power. Fortunately, justice usually prevails after appeals.

How about appeals of MAGAs sentenced for J6? Oh, that's right: those who plead guilty give up their appellate rights.
Just like in 3rd world hell holes where real justice is not found....

Government: We don't have a great case but you better plead guilty or we will ruin your life... break you and lock you up for as long as we can....

Accused: Well I guess I better plead guilty so the feds can get their headline to hit Trump supporters with....

Pretty easy one. The courts are corrupt. Next.

I will leave it to others to point out the bigotry and dishonest partisanship in your post.

The short answer to the question in the thread title though is:

Marxist/woke/left wing extremists have infiltrated and now control most of government, media, education, entertainment, big business, scientific institutions, religion, and yes, the court system.

We are dangerously close to becoming a de facto totalitarian country. Only those who are among or who most benefit the hierarchy when that happens will benefit. The rest of you aren't going to like what you are supporting now at all.

Government had great cases.

You criminals are getting your just deserts.

IF you knew law you would know that 'right wing' is "leading the witness". If they don't call themselves that , then you can't.
And you can't label defendant or plaintiff as "liberal" unless it's relevant to the case.

So you are another dumb child on her beaming at your presumed cleverness while everyone smirks up their sleeve at what a dleduce childish self-important asshole you are :)

Well this what happen especially with Musk and Trump who have more money that they can really spend in a life time.

So they do not have a filter and will just say the darndest things. They can buy there way out.

It does gets them into trouble and thus they need to hire lawyers. Sometimes they just do it because they want to get back at someone for something they said or did

Generally legal fees can only be deducted from taxes when its business related, taxes, and child adoptions.

So it really is insane that they have so much money that they can just hire lawyers for anything they get annoyed or emotional about. Which is really funny.

And as the OP points out that many suits have been lost and the reason is that their ego is larger than their intelligence

IF you win you might be able to ask for damages from the defendant

So cases that they just want to bring to court will cost them lawyer fees and if they lose then they may have to pay the other person legal fees.

Yet they do not care, I guess it really is true that you can't take with you so you might as well spend it
