Because of gov't/religious attitudes it's arguable that India has the second largest number and it's also a democracy. Say what you want about Pakistan but the next largest Muslim nation is Bangladesh: democracy.

That's a good point, because Islam goes apeshit over atheism, whereas xianity secretes it. We atheists can thus support xianity for at least doing that much about mental illnesses.
