Aside from their naive views about the environment and how to protect it, there is nothing in their platform that is remotely progressive at all.

They want to STOP the progress of self-defense awareness concerning both individuals and the nation itself with their ignorant and childish view on guns and border control.

They want to STOP any potential cooling down of race relations by excusing racism against whites when multiracial societies are already a powder keg from beginning to end.

They want to STOP any progress concerning science when it comes to examining the brain and ultimately any scientific exploration that doesn't fit their primitive view of human potential.
