Now there is a name that will make anyone stop to pause "Bill Bidwell", the best thing that ever happened to the Arizona Cardinals was when his son took over the business at least he has shown some efforts to actually care for the community in which he lives in. If anyone wants to see a model on how to get a taxpayer to pay for a stadium, see "Bill Bidwell", when you do you will notice that most of those who were for or against it crossed every party line you can imagine. Guess what? We now have a big silver "toaster" here in Glendale that hosts what is perhaps still the worst franchise in the NFL, but hey, at least we had a few Super Bowls, but ask the taxpayers here who have had to pay for that everytime we pay or taxes if that facility has been more financially helpful to them personally or the Arizona Cardinals? and you will get a different answer. In fact if one were to look at the Stadium you will see no reference to anything that suggests the people of Arizona even helped pay for the thing. The bottom line is those folks in Minn. are going down the same path we here in Arizona did to build a new stadium and if they were smart the taxpayers would demand from the ownership some say so in it financially. If Vikings are unwilling to do so, and think that the mere presence of the Vikings is enough to let people their bask in the the glow of their wonderful presence, then again I say, fans of Minn. support U of M, and use your tax dollars to buy the Vikings some moving vans.

Well Jarhead, someone mentioned the word NFL and Football, *laughs, the "left and right" part got left on the bench! Now having said that, I just tossed the Arizona Cardinals stadium out there as somthing for people to look at. It had nothing at all to do with a left or right thing, you had one part of town saying, no way they were going to pay for a stadium that there was no return on, and another "Glendale" in this case, that said, heck yes, we will build it here.
