Inter-ethnic discrimination and oppression is different than racism.
That's why during WW2 on the ships, black soldiers were not allowed to eat in the same mess hall as the white soldiers but the German POWS were. White soldiers felt more of a bond towards the white Germans who they were fighting against, than the black people who were on there same side
So the Poles are still white and that common skin tone allows other whites to become convinced, if they were not already, of their common bond with others of that skin tone.

All people should study more and encourage their children to study and become professionals. Some cultures preside in their families at family study nights.
