That's what the leadership in Libya did.
The Libyan government provided free health care.
The people also had free education. And even if they wanted to go to a top notch university in America, it was 100% paid for, along including living expenses.
And their infrastructure projects literally made the desert bloom. And the GMR project brought plenty of fresh water to thirsty areas, thus solving the myriad health problems caused by a lack of clean potable water.
The Libyan government spent that massive oil revenue on health, education, infrastructure and housing. That helped the Libyan people immensely.
So the ultra-corrupt Democrats and their AQ allies brutally killed them for it.
Because of the Democratic party of slavery's brutally illegal actions, Libya is now best known for it's massive Negro slave markets.

That’s how leftist is defined in WebsterMy God, you're stupid. The interviewer is a shallow, ignorant twerp.
Meh, I'm a millionaire+, I've done well enough for me and mine.Your lack of education is your problem.
You are simply lying again, as usual.Idris put all those programs in place in the early 1950s. There was no way to keep Gaddafi in power short of a massive occupation force. The eastern tribes hated him. He was a stupid, brutal man.
I hope the leadership of Guyana is smart enough to invest oil revenue in healthcare, education and infrastructure.
The interviewer is obviously a moron.
I find the assumption that the guy is a leftist absurd. Every government in the world, both conversative and liberal are reducing carbon emissions except the oil producing states.
All of these countries are reducing their dependence on fossil fuels.

Reducing emissions is the best course for now. I'm hopeful that the oil revenue will benefit Guyana.
How many new reactors should the US build to reduce emissions?
How many?
I find the assumption that the guy is a leftist absurd.
Meh, I'm a millionaire+, I've done well enough for me and mine.
That said I guess that's not a lot in FJB bucks these days.
A lot.
We need them to back up all the unreliable wind and solar.
There goes Marvin, being the racist he is.The racist white "reporter" is, of course, a leftist. Just like you.
My province has been running mostly on wind and solar for 10 years now, and it's very reliable. The sun and the wind never break down. And we have some of the cheapest power in North America.
